We are pleased to advise that 197 St Georges Terrace has achieved a 5 Star NABERS Energy  
 
Rating and has also achieved a 4.5 Star NABERS Water Rating outcome which places 197 St Georges Terrace as one of the best performing buildings in the Perth CBD.

 
 

 

We are also pleased to announce that the building continues to perform and has been delivered a

  4.5 Star Indoor
Environment rating  (PDF, 465 kb)
rating. 

Again a fantastic result and a credit to the efforts of GDI and the hard work being undertaken by Nino Orifici and our contractors.

From a NABERS perspective 197 St Georges Terrace is now performing better than most other Perth CBD building. 
 
 
Waterwise Office Program
 
The Water Coporation in partnership with the City of Perth and Property Council of Australia launched the Waterwise Office Program to address increasing pressure on water resources from a persistent drying climate and population growth in Perth.

We are pleased to advise that 5 Mill Street has continued to achieve a 5 Star NABERS Energy Rating
